this is a faulty recouperator and small pcb the one you have on the boiler will have a mauve wire on the recouperator this has been updated and moved to a new postion and the new one is a black wire the small pcb is changed at the same time.good luck

sometimes when the pcb faults it does effect the gas valve but most of the ones i changed the gas valve has been ok,you will however need to change the thermista at the same time as changing the pcb,good luck.

yep the timer is faulty make sure you get the correct one they are not to bad to fit but they do make 2 that look the same 1 is 240 volt and 1 is 3 volt so watch out for that good luck

depending on why you would like to put your timer on more than twice a day here is an easy cheap idea for you to think about,get a mechanicle timer the type you plug into a socket,plug it in then plug in your boiler supply plug into it and put your ep2001 on constant,sorted.

coming on with a thump if gas pressure is correct 11 mb high 3 low then a flame gaurd is fitted to the front of the burner to assist cross lighting on start up,goaning noise are there any deadlegs on the pipework this could cause this.good luck

if the system was not flushed when the boiler was installed then muck in the domestic hot water heat exchanger could be the problem.

have t agree with bengas get it checked by a corgi engineer dont take any chances.

if this is a standard boiler not a combi then the problem is a faulty syncron motor in the zone valve,good luck

to check the heat exchanger is leaking into the condense leave boiler off and go to the end of the condense pipe if there is water coming out the heat exchanger is leaking ,goodluck

sound to me that the domestic hot water heat exchanger is partially blocked ,it will require exchanging if it is.and possibly the sytem may require a flush if it is blocked goodluck

well here we go E34 is a faulty air pressure switch unfortunately even the new ones they supply dont work very well.AO3 is either a stuck pump there is a fault with them,but they also stick if the system has not been flushed properly,or the overheat stat on the pipe on the left of the heat...

you can get this at most agents about 50 quid its held in place by 2 allen key headed bolts and you will need an allen key with a ball end to get the one out from behind the pump its a bit fiddly and water runs down the wall as you remove it if in doubt get a qualified gasman to ex it ,good luck
