if you have motorised valves and the heating one has packed up your rads will only work when your boiler comes on to do the hot water run a bath and if the rads get hot then thats your problem motorised vales are one or two little silver boxes beside you cylinder

bath tap is a bigger size turn down the flow so your bath will fill slower but water will be hotter . your radiator will be air turn off heating and open air bleader at top of radiator till water comes out . you may need to put some more water in heating system if pressure drops on boiler
