Cut long story short added my old cameras to new system all cameras work.however when i connect all old ones cam1 cam2 cam3 they al show but when I put cam 4 on cam 3 goes out .When cam4 is not used in top left corner it shows 960h on all three but when cam 4 is used cam 1. Wired a speaker on galaxy 2-20 connected one wire to speaker and one to 12v+ on pcb then gone in to 51-10 horn volume says0-31 which everyone I choose it does not turn up or down the only one what worked is 0 then it's silent any other number is very loud does anyone know if I'm in wrong setting...

Just wondering set up key tags for everyone the only thing is I think they might be bad security. If I or the brats left keys in door or lost them someone could turn off alarm were as if you use a code they would have to know this . Just think there not really a good security thing .

I'm trying to find out how to omit zones on galaxy 2-20 I've entered my code followed by 11-omit zone but when I press the arrows I'm only getting zone 15/18 to omit which are set to spare no other zones are visible thanks

Hi I have a galaxy 2.20 I am trying to learn a new fob to user 6 I've gone into 42-user then user6 then 5fob then *auto I hold fob to keypad and nothing (when I've done this b4 it's worked get some numbers of the fob) after trying a few times I've gone into log and locked out is there any ideas...

When setting up my dvr this happened I could view off home wifi but not outdoors on 4g it turned out I had wrong IP address on app .

An alarm I had few years ago the fuse in control panel had blown think there was 3 fuses batt-bell-aux just changed the fuse and it was fine .

May not be charging check batt fuse .

Thanks for that it all worked fine on kitchen table but just wired back to old system the only thing I did (which I think you mean on address selector on key pad was turn it because I thought was volume) I did keep turning when I powered back up how do I find out if it's 0-1-2-3 do I just power...

Setting up the galaxy tested all worked fine taken out old alarm rewired into galaxy and keypad just has stars flashing I've tested on separate wire to see if it was wiring but still same any ideas thanks
