its dulux trade mate but the wall is very red and its still coming through

moved into my house and the person before me must have got a good deal on red paint as everything is red so how would i go about painting over it have tried 3 coats of white emulsion but you can still see red streaks anyone have any ideas ?

i have a 9.5 KW shower to put in but to run a 100mm cable would mean lifting carpets and floorboards in 3 room to get it anywhere near the fuse box and was wondering could i tap into the heating boiler fuse switch which is 13 amp then to a RCD consumer unit with a 40 amp MCB then to the shower?

its in the bedroom yes its on the same RCD as the ring

sorry forgot to mention that when the bed trips and i leave it plugged in and reset the trip it comes on straight away

before we intalled the bed we never had a trip in the 5 yrs in the house nothing else has been added to the ring apart from the bed and soon as i reset the trip everything works fine for a few days hope this helps a bit
