So does the slave replace another switch, or is it additional?
The room is a loft conversion, so there is already a two way (stairs)
I will make the second switch as it is, an intermediate, and feed the new switch from there.
So do I need a two way switch, a dimmer, an intermediate...
So to have a remote control dimmer I would need a switch like this one:

linked with a slave unit?
What is a slave unit, is it another dimmer...
I have a row of 5 downlighters, each with a dedicated transformer and a 1-way switch. I am going to add a second switch to make it to way across my bedroom, but is it possible to have dimmer switches?
Do the spots need to be 240V ?
Thanks as always.
This was my fear, but the Crosley tech. dept. said that a power converter will sort it.
I still have my doubts admittedly, are you saying its a no-no ?
No! :o
Unless of course it USA mains is higher than ours. I think it is 120V, was hoping one of you could confirm or correct me.
It is a turntable from USA.
I am aware of postage costs.
Cheers.
Can anybody reccommend a transformer to use step-up 120v (Not 100% sure) to UK mains voltage.
Its because i'm considering an electrical appliance from across the pond.
I await your reply,
Many thanks,
TGS.
Anyway back on subject.
That seems a good package, theres not much variation on price.
My neighbours £115 system may have been cheap because it may have less sensors or cheaper gear.
I forgot what the question was, theres not much to an alarm. Just keep the colours for connection...
Ah found it. They must have raised their prices, or offer a cheaper option. They have 'systems for £99' in the window, and my neighbour got a full system fitted for £115.
I know this because I offered to fit it, and they shown me the quote they had.
