    Hi, The screw in the photo is a standard vent screw the screws into a plug on the top of the radiator. If you have a B&Q, plumb center etc nearby you will be able to get replacements from them. Hope this helps.

    Hi, If you have the manufacturers details i would give them a call as i wouldn't assume that it has a reversible cartridge inside at £25. Normally the hot is fed on the left hand side looking face on but with thermostatic mixer valves this isn't always the case. Sorry i can't be any more help.
