If I remember rightly, the D/W is plugged in under the worktop (hidden away) but is controlled by a switch next to the toaster plug above the worktop. Im not sure if thats a fused (switched) spur.

It happens when touching the dishwasher and another metal item. Also happens with toaster to something metal. If hands are wet, no need to touch anything else and just get a shock from the elecrical appliances themself. Hope that makes sense.

To be honest, it has been going on for some time but seems to be getting worse. We know not to touch certain things but agreed, it does need sorting ASAP.

Thanks Chris My only worry is I wanted thermostatic valves to be installed but there are obviously 2 connectors on a rad so could have the drain at one end and the thermostatic valve at the other I guess? Cheers Karl

I have just re-checked the inputs and both are definately correct. I tried changing them over and if I do that, its either scolding or freezing, ie its not mixing which definately means its plumbed wrong. If the unit is around the wrong way, inputs would still be the same way as marked and...
