If all circuits in the bathroom were protected by 30ma rccds would i not have to bother with all this bonding

So i would run 2 X 4.00mm bonding cables from the bathroom radiator and connect one to the light circuit and one to the shower circuit

Thanks for the reply - can you run a bonding wire from a bathroom rad to the Main Earthing Terminal back at your dis board or must it be bonded to the light circuit.

But i thought rads were extraneous metalwork and should be bonded,i know the barhroom rad should be bonded to the light circuit

No its not a bathroom i am talking about bedrooms front rooms kitchen hallway, do you link all the rads together upstairs and then connect to the nearest socket earth and the same for downstairs

Do you bond a single rad to the nearest socket or can you connect all rads together in a radial and then connect to the nearest socket for that room , thanks.

Do you have to bond the radiator hot and cold pipes , bath if you have a 30ma 6 amp breaker for your upstairs lights.

Is it necessary to fit an earth rod in the garage , the mains cable feeding this consumer unit is protected by an rccd back at the house ???

I have the above programmes on my task bar at the bottom of the monitor , they have just appeared and make my pc difficult and slow to boot up and i want rid of them !! How do i get shot of this as they want me to subscribe to them. I run AVG 7.5 to protect my computer

The interior light works ,but the fridge is at room temp and it does'nt hum ,the rad at the back of the fridge is also at room temp , does this mean that the compressor is knackered or does it need regassing or is the thermostat at fault any help please ???

Would cables inside a cavity fail part P , or is it ok but generally considered bad practice ??

Approx , how much does a rewire cost these days for a 3 bed house , 12 lights , 21 sockets , cooker supply , consumer unit , all flush , bonding part p compliance tested etc ..The house has floorboards throughout and will be empty. Thanks

Or could i fit an rccd in both the house consumer unit and have one in the garage consumer unit as well ???
