Thanks for the reply - can you run a bonding wire from a bathroom rad to the Main Earthing Terminal back at your dis board or must it be bonded to the light circuit.
No its not a bathroom i am talking about bedrooms front rooms kitchen hallway, do you link all the rads together upstairs and then connect to the nearest socket earth and the same for downstairs
Do you bond a single rad to the nearest socket or can you connect all rads together in a radial and then connect to the nearest socket for that room , thanks.
I have the above programmes on my task bar at the bottom of the monitor , they have just appeared and make my pc difficult and slow to boot up and i want rid of them !! How do i get shot of this as they want me to subscribe to them. I run AVG 7.5 to protect my computer
The interior light works ,but the fridge is at room temp and it does'nt hum ,the rad at the back of the fridge is also at room temp , does this mean that the compressor is knackered or does it need regassing or is the thermostat at fault any help please ???
I have just spoken to Portsmouth city council building control and he said putting another light in a bathroom does not come under the scope of Part P. ????

Approx , how much does a rewire cost these days for a 3 bed house , 12 lights , 21 sockets , cooker supply , consumer unit , all flush , bonding part p compliance tested etc ..The house has floorboards throughout and will be empty. Thanks
