Thank you. So something electrical inside has likely failed? As even when the valve is manually put into the heating position the boiler doesn't kick in. Again, apologies for my ignorance.

Is that the corgi thing? Sorry excuse my ignorance. I must admit we went cheap with it as we thought we would have started building work by now as we're getting a completely new set up.

Hi all. The boiler is suddenly only firing up for the hot water but not the heating. The 3 port valve doesn't move position when the heating is switched on. When I click it over into the heating position the hot water pipe heats up but the boiler doesn't fire up unless we put the hot water on...
