    Forgot to mention, there is a big old iron fireplace on the chimney breast 4.5 foot by 5.5 foot, which someone has tiled in the middle, how will this be fastened to the wall, leant against and screwed or built into the brickwork? thanks

    It gets up to about 3.5 BAR possibly a bit further and sometimes the needle in the gauge vibrates like crazy and i can hear it in the radiators as well, have to knock the heating off quickly for 2 secs then it is ok to put back on again.

    In the front bedroom we had water coming in under the window sill, (upvc window, wooden sill) no idea of the entry point. lifted the sill and siliconed sealed it to stop water coming down wall, now the wall down stairs under the same upstairs window is becoming black with mould / damp, outside...
