The boiler stops firing when the thermostat is turned right down/off. Thats why I thought it may have just been wired up with a permanent live from the programmer when it was first installed. I will go check for micro switches.

Yes it was working. We fitted parador ceiling and had to loosen the pull switch to slide it past but thats the only thing we have touched electrical wise.

Thanks for all the replys so far. I just want to eliminate that it could have been anything we have done but I cant see how it could be. Also dont want to leave my customer without a working shower. cheers.
