Took the shower head off, and the water coming out of the pipe that goes into the shower head is hot. Model is a Triton Ivory by the way. Looks like I need to call plumber / electrician ? :(

Thanks Tickly , will have a look at home tonight. Just to confirm that when on the 'cold ' setting , cold water is coming out okay. It just when on the 2 red lines setting , for max , it is just hot water that is coming out.

The head is okay as water is coming out okay . What /where are the service valves and water inlet ? Thanks for the tips . Im sure its something inside the shower 'box' is corroded due to the hard water we have... but thats just my guess.
