    boiler fuse blowing.Please help me as house is freezing

    I have MAIN condensing 18HE boiler installed.3 amp Fuse fitted in the boiler is keep blowing.I have told is that ''only 170ohms between pump line and earth causing fue to blow'' .Has any body got idea what it is?
