Hi Andy, I had a look at the brackets and they seem made of plastic only. I tried to increase the boiler pressure a little bit (now almost at 2) and open both valves of the radiator (in and out) to the maximum. It seems to be better now.

I hear cracking sounds of contracting metal from one the radiators. The system is purged so it is no air. It happens mainly at the dawn, when its colder outside. It only happens in one of the radiators (total of five). I had it replaced assuming there was a problem with it, but hear...
