no i have not kept the cylinder, i might be confusing a combi and a condensing boiler, i know mine is called a worcester greenstar 24i combination condensing boiler( i checked on the manual)

no nothing was mentiond about that at the time of sale, by the way i thought that with todays legislation laws, that combi boilers have to be installed now by law, and that free standing ones and the old back boilers are now illegal to install.

also the reason i mentioned the shower was that now if taking a showewr and somebody else puts any tap on in a different part of the house the shower goes freezing cold for a few moments until the other tap is taken off, this also never happend when i had the old power shower i thought it might...

yes i did have an old copper cylinder but this was taken out and the combi was installed in its place.

Hi, we have just had fitted a new combi worcester boiler and a dove triton. My problem is that everytime now we run the taps, we only seem to get a trickle from one tap if the other is put on, for instance if i was filling the bath and put on the hot tap as soon as I try to add cold water...
