hi yes i think it is the honeywell control but the front flap went missing a long time ago. Is it a big job to replace the sticking valve? as im a novice

Hi i wonder if anyone can help me ? the control box on the wall is showing an F:04 code . Does anyone know what this means as i have no hotwater or heating at the moment. (typical of my luck it starts getting cold and the thing packs up) any advice would be greatly appreciated
