    Tried that and it seemed fine, didnt slow down. I have just bought a new (2nd hand) Pump and tried to fit it. I turned both valves off top and bottom and water poured out so i got cold feet and put the thing back to how it was. Still no heat to the Rads They only seem to work when the HW is on...

    Yes but its not worked properly for over 2 years so we gave up on it. However i was told the Actuator was faulty which it was, so i fit a new one. Then found that the thermostat was not working either, changed that too. HW gave up 3 year ago but its back working fine now. Pump seems to be making...

    There is nothing wrong with the wiring i had just put a new Actuator in and not put the cover back on when i took the picture. Thats why i said to ignore the wires. The Exectrics are not the issue but thanks for the input

    Ahhh the Valve? Actually i had a feeling that might be the issue i spoke about it to the wife last night. It's probably a cheap way of fining out. I will get a new one and give it a go. After that all i can think of its the Pump but im sure that works.

    Sorry Terry i sent my last message before i saw yours. I loosened the short stub and water came straight out. No air. The water was heated by the boiler yes, Not the immersion heater

    Hi Terry, Is it ok to remover the silver screw? I dont want water flooding out of it. Also the short stub. I have lessened it but im worried about opening it too much in case it starts a flow of water and i cant get it back in. Is it safe to screw it out altogether?

    There is a screw in the centre i used that to bleed it, it's not Brass. Is there a different one? There is also a speed switch on it and if i slow it down it makes a different noice, Hence why i think its working

    Yes two cisterns in the Loft. Pump is near the water cylinder in airing cupboard and seems to be working fine.

    I mentioned the Gauge because someone said it needed to be at 1.5 bar. But it doesnt have one anyway
