Have you checked your gas meter hasn't been turned off or locked out? Have you other gas appliances and do they work, if they are OK you will need a GSR engineer.

Im hearing that Worcester Bosch boilers & other makes used with a NEST aren't open-therm compatable so dont meet the boiler plus requirements just because its a SMART control. Are some manufacturers forcing you to use their own offerings?

I would not think your boiler is undersized with a heating output up to 24Kw (110,000 btu's) if all the other are getting hot, have you tried it with all rads turn off except one of the problem ones, if it then gets hot you will have proved theres not a blockage, do the same thing with the other...
