Its the switch which says RUN, OFF and SERVICE in top right hand corner as you look at the back of the boiler- PandCG

Danesmoor 12/19 oil boiler
Our boiler will only fire up when the switch on the back of the boiler is moved to service mode, once we switch back to run mode it goes dead, any ideas out there please?- PandCG
