If I used a letting agency to rent out my house I would expect them to advise me of any licences required. Because I pay them for their serviced, I wouldn't expect to have to check that they had obtained the correct permits, license, etc. Because the need for a licence for a rent property...

There have been some notable incidents relating to IDF and 4 year old children. The March 2025 Gaza incident seems to be the one being discussed here.
