Hello congniscenti, This venerable boiler from the eighties (and no, I'm not talking about Saint Margaret!) about half the time does not give hot water on demand (mostly first thing in morning); but when it does, it's fine and plenty of it. Otherwise relaible and has been regularly serviced...
