    thanks for replying, call Anglia water just now, unfortunately said they dont have pas which show that as either a private or public so only way is for me to lift the manhole cover and check inside. Job for the weekend then :)

    can i use resin anchor bolts to secure a sliding gate track to subbase?

    Would anyone offer any advice to help, I have cleared out the track and gone done to the MOT type 1 sub base, it's pretty solid, would putting cement on that be enough or go further down?

    plan for the weekend, get the track up, cement underneath, at least 4inches i've read, then bolt and resin the track to the cement. hopefully fixes the issue

    I've managed to break the plastic outlet , so will need a new one. I'm assuming the sink should just lift up now
