I have recessed halogen lights fitted by previous owner in bedrooms. 2 have now "blown" and I have been unable to replace them with new ones that work - Im a total non-diy'er and haven't a clue - i've pulled the wire out as far as I can and cannot see an in-line fuse. Any comments or suggestions...
