Yeah there's a timer clock in the boiler. There isn't a thermostat or any other external controls.

I've wired it as suggested and I'm getting no power to the receiver. Light isn't on. Any ideas?

I managed to get a Hive dual control kit for free. I understand the single control is ideally wanted for a combi but yey, it was free. I'm looking for some advice on how to connect this to my old Baxi 105he. I have some 4 core cable which I hope will do. Thanks in advance.
