    your guess is as good as mine. Thats the way he wired it up the first time. The wiring was replaced because the straight swap of the unit didnt work (no L to L1 was wired) Anyway, good to go now though. Thanks alot for your replies. Apreciate it. Cheers

    issue solved, its not a simple transfer of programmer from danfoss to honeywell since honeywell programmers aren't capable of powering anything. i returned the honeywell unit and got the danfoss fp715si and connected it up and hey presto, everything running now. thanks all for your help
