    That was the problem. All connected to back plate but nothing connected at the other! See photo. I think my biggest problem was I was over thinking /over complicating it all. I just did exactly what was advised and it’s all working Just trying to connect it to the thermostat but it’s all good...

    Morning, I’m back again. I think I’ve confused myself. I can feed hive with L & N from junction box. Do I then bypass the junction box and wire from hive to pump and boiler separately? Sorry if I’m not making sense. Thanks Jim

    Sorry, yes you are correct. Boiler on = hot water only Pump on = central heating. I ‘think’ I know what I need to link everything up but everybody knows what happens to ‘thought’
