    Initially connect wireless keypad via the lead supplied. Connect to panel and prog it in. You need the very latest version on Wintex. Keypad zones are mapped to be whatever zone you want it to be as long as it exists in the software.

    Are any of the PIR movement sensors lighting up? Do the smoke detectors show any lights? You may have a blown fuse therefore keeping all powered circuits open & preventing setting. Detection equipment will not be covered by the manual, only the operation of the keypad.

    Wireless sensors have to be the same make as the panel as they only work on like for like systems. Hardwired sensors can be wired into any system and are usually good enough from any manufacturer.

    These panels do not have the option to lock the enginner code like Texecom. Any Castle/Pyronix Euro can be ‘back doored’ with the exception of the ‘Mini’ Look underneath main panel (metal box) there may be a sticker detailing the panel type. Let us know?
