You can’t, it’s a code set by the installer & it’s unlikely that the installer will give it out. You have two options either contact the installer, pay them to reset the code to 1234 for example. Or default the control panel to factory settings & reprogram the entire system from scratch.

Go to change inputs, type in the Zone number and press yes to edit the Zone and it will show the areas it’s in AB etc so just press B to add/remove it.

Remove B from the zones you want OFF at night. Find out what panel you have by going to software Revision

I think is a fault caused by initally powering the system up incorrectly. Power system down completely (mains-Battery) & re-apply power.

Whats displayed on the screen? Is it connected to a communicator? If not then disable Digi/SMS. If you are connected are you recieving signals & what type of coms are you using?

Press No & enter your normal user code or present keyfob if you have one, repeat a couple of times, should clear the fault & reset. Sounds like you’ve had a power cut & maybe the backup battery died.

If its the only keypad, Press & hold D until display shows ‘enter security code’ enter 2000 and ensure the Address is set to 00 then press A. If this dont work you have a cable fault/disconnection. Is keypad powered from control panel or is there another power supply?

The Aerators, Swapped the Kitchen sink one for the Bathroom one tonight & the seemingly low pressure followed. Bathroom one was full of sand even though I had cleaned it out recently. Ordered some new ones, should be alright after that.
