Its a Sagittarius Ergo EL/192/C valve. Been installed for about 18 months and has worked fine until about a month ago.

I've got an unvented system with the cylinder in the loft. The shower in the converted loft works on a thermostatic mixer valve which is barely warm enough to shower under comfortably. There is a similar arrangement on the floor below and the shower is fine. What could be the problem ?
