hi all, have disassembled the blade on my Gtech HT20 hedge trimmer, and lost the sequence of reassembling it....can't find a diagram anywhere, can anyone help please?

Trying to repair this, one blade oscillates but the other one doesn't. I've dismantled it but not fixed it yet. I am curious if anyone knows the purpose of these not quite full circular half holes next to the full circular full holes.....thanks
