Would that be via the keypad or the main panel?

Hi all, After a brief power cut the other day, the screen on my G4 Accenta panel is now only displaying black squares (pictured). System works fine otherwise, but ive read this is a common issue with this system. I have changed the battery but the screen is still displaying the black bars...
