the excess overhanging vertical dpc can be trimmed a bit then foam as you say. The foam you’ve got is fine I’d probably foam at the time of fixing the reveal boards and stick em on with the foam

Sounds like you’re all good really if it’s just about plumb. The fact it’s larger tiles is going to be more forgiving than small ones where a cut down a slightly off-plumb edge is more obvious to the eye.

Not totally sure what you’re asking but if you need to zoom in on it then there’s no way it’s going to be noticeable from the ground so I wouldn’t worry. The corner trim will be stuck on with silicone or some other adhesive.
