    Avoid kwik fit like the plague. I wouldnt trust that bunch of clowns to wash my car, let alone do something to it. Saying that, the kits you get from Halfraud$ can be quite usefull - as long as you use the low pressure inlet port.

    I think it bacame a legal requiement for all petrol cars to have a cat back in 1991, however, that didnt apply to diesels. Im guessing it doesnt have one.

    Its not a Tamiya connector. They have the clip above the ports, not to the side.

    I guarantee you would fit in a Smart Fortwo. I sometimes give a lift to a friend of mine who is 6 foot 3 and he gets in without a prob. And the Smart is only group 1 unsurance!!!!!!! Plus people will let you out of side streets.

    Frontera problem

    Doesnt matter, the idle control valve normally plays up on fronteras, because its not designed to go on an off roader, so this question will keep popping up - it will be usefull if anyone else has the same prob.

    Zanussi WJS1397W Washer Drier Control Problem.

    Somone sugested that i see if the heater element was dead. So, as it was quick and cheap. i.e free... i thought id give it a try. I whipped it out (steady now) and had it tested. It was OK. Stuck it back in the washer, connected everything back up, and set it going with pen and notpad in hand...

    So far, the following has been checked.... The whole door mechanism. The front filter. The steam condenser. Both pumps. The whole motor - not just the bushes, although thats not a suspect as its not a drum problem. The heater element.

    Hi, As you may have guessed i have a problem with the above washer drier. Its the cycle control knob. When i turn it to the wash cycle i want, it pauses for a few seconds and then starts to turn on its own. Nothing strange there, you might say, but.... it advances one click every 2 seconds...
