hi, can anyone help ... my Servis M3190/M3111 works perfectly well with no clothes in it but as soon as I even put a t-shirt in, the drum won't rotate .. which defeats the objective of washing really! Can anyone offer advice to a novice? Thanks v much. oh, ps its never broken down before and...
