    Reform Policies

As I said the interpretation can be wrong sometimes... But it's better to have a system that gets it wrong sometimes rather than not have a system of equality at all. Did I say that didn't happen? The problem with all systems and especially governments is that we get a pendulum effect... And...

    Reform Policies

First day in charge for deforms ex tory 'newark' chancellor and a u-turn... Back to the 2 child benefit cap - a tory policy! Couldn't afford to scrap it as promised apparently, but garbage said they could... No wonder he admits deform isn't ready to govern!

    Reform Policies

You are wrong in your placard presumption in this case  What you are talking about is positive discrimination not equality. And it is often wrongly practised, but this is what is being used for the all the arguments about removing the act. But you don't throw the bay out with the...

    Reform Policies

So you don't want to have rights and you want discrimination... Prime deform cannon fodder! What have you taking? But just for a laugh, tell us who you think it's racist against.

    More records broken by Labour.

You're judging things from your era... When I went only about 15% attended Uni, so it was probably less in your day... But University education was turned into a business, and in order to facilitate this more and more jobs made it a requirement to have a degree... A lot of them don't need...

    Reform Policies

It ain't perfect, but it tries to level out the playing field... It is a fact that women are still playing catch up, and minorities often have a harder time in life... So anyone who doesn't like it is for discrimination!

    Reform Policies

I see that deform want to get rid of the equality act... No doubt it'll be touted as being aimed at the minorities that their supporters don't particularly like... Of course it will also affect the majority population in the UK - women! One also wonders what the wives/girlfriends of deform...

Starmer abandons plans to cancel local elections.

He/they wanted a judicial review... Judicial reviews are part of the Human Rights Act in order that public bodies can be challenged... The Human Rights Act 1998 incorporated the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) into UK domestic law. They want to dump the very act that guaranteed...

Starmer abandons plans to cancel local elections.

Not my fault you can't understand what I actually posted...

Starmer abandons plans to cancel local elections.

The local government changes are a disaster... And the elections shouldn't have been cancelled... But it's interesting to note that farage apparently used a judicial review threat... Here's what it says about a judicial review... "Judicial review (JR) is a UK legal process challenging the...

'UK has been colonised by immigrants'

So just hearsay then... Thanks for clearing that up (y) And more derogatory comments about doctors in 'ethnic areas'? Your prejudices certainly cloud your judgement! You must have a real dilemma if you go to a local surgery/hospital and are given an appointment with a GP who 'looks like an...

    High Court Rules...

Nope... I'm saying that this is the legal system we have and that system didn't find them guilty... They are in the eyes of the law not criminals... As I said you can have an opinion, but you can't change the outcome of the trial. There are of course avenues of appeal, but that applies to...

    High Court Rules...

Your credibility rating is now at rock bottom... Which bit of 'they weren't found guilty of any crime' do you not understand? And given the decision that the act of proscribing has been ruled unlawful, what 'criminal organisation' are you referring to?

    Reform Policies

And the minority will be scratching their heads wondering whether to vote for 'reform' or 'restore'... Maybe for them it will simply come down to who has the nastiest policies as regards those pesky 'foreigners' ;)

    High Court Rules...

You can have an opinion, but when it comes down to it this is how our legal system works... I would suggest that those who claim that those not convicted of a crime are still criminals is a 'perverse' viewpoint! Take that to the extreme and then why bother having trials at all? Something that...

    High Court Rules...

Regardless of the reasons, they weren't found guilty in a court of law... Which means they are not criminals, and that's all. Do you not agree with the principle of having the right to a fair trial and to be judged by your peers?
  17. E

    High Court Rules...

Therefore they are not criminals because the court system says so... Glad you agree at last (y)

'UK has been colonised by immigrants'

No, just the overall number of people who are doing what you claim in the UK... If it is happening as often as you say you must have read some figures somewhere, so a link would help... Otherwise it's just hearsay or scaremongering... There's been plenty of that in certain quarters when...

    Toilets and changing rooms

I know in Europe they generally have quite good facilities at truck stops. Some free and some at a small price. It ain't perfect, but their cultural model (which the UK rejected) tends to cater more for the human aspects in life.

    Toilets and changing rooms

That is what I meant by lack of hygiene in the UK, and not just the swimming pools... Overall in a lot of European countries most things work and are cleaner... It comes back to culture, and in the UK in this aspect it stinks... Provide sh*tty infrastructure and you get animal behaviour!
