They're not the worst, but they're not the best nyver. I'd go for Aqualisa every time. Or, if I were threatened with having my fingernails pulled out for buying Aqualisa, then second choice would be Mira.

It's a good deal less amazing than your lack of ability to work out the reason for yourself. Money. It's always all about the money. If you were a shareholder in an airline company, would you want profits thrown away on buying, housing and maintaining equipment that gets used only once...

    HOMEWORK QUESTION 2

Not sure what you mean. The simple answer is: because there are 364 different ways of navigating between grid locations (0,0) and (11,3). If you disagree, I would be interested to know how many different ways you believe there are between those two locations.

MATHS HOMEWORK FOR A 12 YEAR OLD

Yes. More often than not I'm very impressed by blondini's posts, and yesterday I was extremely impressed by what jonjbm wrote. Since you seem to be collecting statements of the bleeding obvious, here's one to add: Black is not white. I suspected as much. You don't "need" to...

Don't trust estate agents, what should we do?

That's a very misleading statement. Whilst there are no laws specifically governing estate agents, they have to obey ALL all aspects of English law, just like anyone else does. Particular ones that come to mind are the laws of Contract, Negligence, and the Supply of Goods and Services Act...

    HOMEWORK QUESTION 2

Why assume it? It's stated in the OP. :? Clearly. And yet, it is. It appears that you're trying to find a route from P to GCS, whereas the question clearly asks for a route to work, i.e. from GCS to P.

    HOMEWORK QUESTION 2

You still haven't defined where you're counting the lines across from, so it's pointless referring to it unless you clearly state whether GCS is at (0,0) or (1,1). That's what you said at the beginning, so I don't understand why you're repeating it. I suggested that you make the definition of...

    HOMEWORK QUESTION 2

My question had nothing to do with GCS - I was pointing out your error in omitting the words "left hand" when defining the baseline for the example P. P is still at 11 blocks south, 3 blocks east. If you want to define the grid location of GCS as (1,1), instead of (0,0), then P is at (12,4)
