I thought the thermostat was duff as the boiler would only start up on the reset switch, the rads get warm but not hot and the hot water is only warm. There are 4 led's on the board, when I turn on the power numbers 1, 3 and 4 stay lit, number two stays off, should all 4 come on at power on...
