Hey I live in a basement flat and as a result get problems with condensation. we have a dehumidifier running almost 24/7. also have a fan running in the back room which has no windows, :( but i am still getting what appears to be some sort of crystallisation not a very good picture...

we have been living there over a year. using said boiler. from what i can gather they had installed the hole too high and instead of re drilling or anything the just bent the pipes down and clamped it on. unfortunatly the clamp appears to have come off. unsure how long agon though...
