    Fixed the my Trident Trance a few weeks ago with great help from this forum - replaced can and o seal. It has now packed up again, simply cuts out completely within a couple of seconds of turning it on. Any ideas please?

    It's coming from the outlet seal....should there be a rubber seal in place on this joint?

    Sounds about right. Spent a long time doing the fiddly bits and then failed to read the re-commissioning instructions before turning water and power back on.

    The water isn't coming from the prd - it's coming from the outlet join on the opposite side of the can.....

    I've just fitted a replacement heater can assembly and the shower is now leaking from the outlet of the can, but only when the shower head is on. When the head is removed there is no leaking. Might this something to do with the PRD?
