    Lithium battery in DVR?

I have never in my life seen such a pointless beast as an LR2032. A CR2032 is, always has been, and always will be a lithium primary. That's what the C stands for. Now if you'd said an SR2032.. They don't work for RTCs, though. International shipments are a different business, as they fly.

    Lithium battery in DVR?

That is a lithium primary cell. There are restrictions as to shipping these, but they basically explicitly allow single cells like this as they're harmless and often not removable. Just don't even think of saying 'yes' when asked because the people at the counter won't know or care, they'll...

    Lithium battery in DVR?

There very well might be a lithium primary cell for the clock. However, that's not really what they're concerned about and is not a shipping risk, so just say no.

    New Sky router power consumption

Costs more than the router is likely to cost to run for a year. If it's not physically hot to the touch, it's not costing much to run.

    New Sky router power consumption

There's a power supply in the new one, too, it doesn't run off 240V. That's the worst case rating and is probably specified at a much lower voltage. Not remotely. If nothing is using it, it'll only wake very occasionally (relatively speaking.. we're talking about hardware which performs...

    New Sky router power consumption

Don't confuse the maximum input rating with actual power consumption. There's no way it pulls 46W.

Not to mention there is no iron core, this is not 50Hz we're dealing with.

    network surveillance camera

Not if it needs a plugin, which many do. The answer is definitely 'maybe' unless there's an app available for the specific camera (not being a 'smart' TV user, I have no idea what's available in that regard).

think my PC is (sort of randomly) tripping rcd

Voltage probably climbs due to low load overnight, causing increased leakage through the filter capacitors.

Can routers stop virus and malware ?

Yes, and it's been known to happen. No, you can't get anti-virus for them.

Can routers stop virus and malware ?

They have no way to prevent code execution, nor remove files from a machine. Sorry bub, I think you've fallen for the marketing bullshit.

2GB of RAM capacity on 64bit motherboards

I have never encountered an Athlon 64 board with a 2GiB memory limit. Not a one. E: Oh, then again, I skipped the fundamentally pointless S754 boards. Poor soul..

Can routers stop virus and malware ?

No, they don't. They are just routers.
