    And another one..

What do you want to do with andrew, formally known as a 'prince'? Is he welcome to stay at our expense, or should he be exiled? After all, he's from an immigrant family!

    Reform Policies

Best you make yourself clear next time then... You'll probably forget though, as you're not exactly the sharpest tool in the box ;) But hey, that's brexiteers for you!

    Reform Policies

Says the person who posted, "Labour movement for europe" Not very bright are you ;)

    Reform Policies

Given the failure of brexit, anyone supportive of the UK would agree with re-engaging with Europe (y)

    Reform Policies

Brexiteer nutjobs got exactly what they voted for... They proudly boasted that they didn't care if the economy and their family/friends got screwed over... Guess what happened! And the same nutjobs now want to double down on failure!

    Reform Policies

Reform-led authority set for England’s largest council tax rise – despite Farage pledge to cut rates Link No wonder garbage has said that "Reform UK is not yet ready for power, also saying his party is only “halfway ready” to govern Britain" Sounds like the 'man in the pub' is holding a glass...

Our political system, what 'is' the answer?

I agree... And had there been PR in play when UKIP were around in numbers, they would have had proper representation but the brexit referendum wouldn't have been called. And as a result no need for 'reform'!

Our political system, what 'is' the answer?

The problem with FPTP is it leads to a constant to and fro between opposite ideologies... And given the fact that most of the ills of the country are so difficult to solve short term by either side of the political divide, then consensus rather than conflict is what is needed... Coalitions...

What have you been doing today?

It ain't easy to override the better half, but sometimes it has to be done... It should be A&E... Enduring a couple of weeks of 'I told you so' is far better than a lifetime of 'what ifs'!

Our political system, what 'is' the answer?

A sensible post... But how would you actually stop the corruption? And there should be a second elected chamber... That aside, the change would have to include a radical change of the voting system... FPTP is undemocratic. There has to be a change to a true PR system!

Our political system, what 'is' the answer?

All of those make sense... The problem is that in opposition politicians moot such changes... But when having been elected by the undemocratic FPTP system, they drop them because they like other politicians fear true democracy!

    That's you f*cked then!

    Super Bowl.

Been to a game in the US and boring as sh*t... The same with baseball... But the thing is the atmosphere is great! Sadly on TV not the same, and football and rugby are going the same way here. VAR and in game adverts are spoiling it. Will still try and keep awake tonight in hope of the half...

    Sir Keir does it again!

Yep, you self name yourself... So what about that £90bn loss? Any counter argument? Thought not! And whilst you're thinking about how to avoid that fact, here's another one you'll no doubt ignore... "Sales of British farm products to the European Union have plummeted by nearly 40 per cent...

    Voluntary Redundancy

As you've said elsewhere... 'no need to be shocked over the figures' ;)

    Mandelson

Given his record in Manchester, Burnham is the best choice and more of a 'political heavyweight' than you perceive... But that's why he was sidelined by Starmer! I still reckon there will time for Burnham to find a way in (maybe not immediately), especially if the May elections go as predicted.

    Trump

There will be a 'fall guy'! The rest of his 'core vote' will still worship him ;)

    Sir Keir does it again!

My oh my... Your crazy posting has reached a new level of hysteria... And all because you can't/won't address the simple fact that brexit was as predicted a total disaster... But then you still don't understand what you are... Someone who votes to irreparably harm their own country... A UK...

At this point you have finally lost all credibility!
