Sounds like it's nothing to do with the light fitting anyway, especially as I replaced it with a new one and nothing changed. I'll probably have to get a spark to check the wiring etc. Thanks guys!

I covered the sensor and nothing changed. It goes off for between 1 and 5 seconds then comes back on.

There's no loose wiring on show, and there was no wind when I changed the fused spur. It's not near the flue either. Did you say it's supposed to keep clicking on at first?

It stays on for the set time.

Hi all Thanks in advance for any help. My rear security light kept going on and off, even though nothing was moving. So I replaced it with a new one and it's doing the same thing! I replaced the fused spur too, and it's made no difference. Could it be a power issue? I've got no other...

Hi all I tightened the nut 2nd from left but then saw there is a drilled hole in the middle of the end but (visible on the photo). Water was coming out of there. I guess that’s to ease pressure, but is it like a toilet overflow, a sign something needs replacing? Thanks Andy
