    PSU on a computer or a parallel cable run, either way its probably related to the Bell wire on the extensions.

    I have now, but i am still at a loss. This document looks very commercial in the wording. To give more background the W/c is an existing outside W/c being brought inside by building an extersion around it. It has an opening window as does the utility room that is being built.
