Have you had heat loss calcs as it’s impossible to add more pipe in the floor once it down make sure you have enough ,with a vaulted ceiling you might have to be 100mm centres I’ve always used all pex but not sure if better or worse.

Who fitted the cylinder not a G 3 installer d1 into tundish and expansion valve into d2 with no tundish the trades gone to the dogs.

Hi I’m in Taunton or close to they should be wired with two separate supplies one from off peak and the other from normal supply you can use a timer on the supply connected to the off peak but must have the correct rating for the load

Hi there is an off peak and 24 hr connection inside it’s probably been linked to have a permanent supply get an electrician to wire in a timer for the off peak side if your on a economy 7 or ten then set the time to the correct times. Cheers Mark

Are you in a hard water area if so the manifold could be scaled up but probably solenoid passing, part are available there’s a parts list inside the cover. Mark.

Just a thought looking at your pic,s I would check for a leak around the bottom of you expansion vessel it may be dripping on to the top of the cylinder and running into the Center around the DHW outlet Cheers Mark

Hi does your system have an air separator to vent air back over the feed and expansion tank if so my guess would be that it is partly blocked, had them before where I've cut them in half totally blocked. Cheers Mark

Have a look in your loft for auto/man air vent sounds like an air lock in the paperwork and getting no flow air in pump bleed via big screw in pumphead. Cheers Mark

Are the flow and return to the manifold the correct way round ? Check from cold call for heat and feel the pipes. Also check mixing valve correctly fitted so circulator draws through the mixing valve. Cheers Mark
