can anyone suggest if a leak in the powermax tank be repaired/replaced. its a 3 year old boiler and since the flue is sealed in the ceiling replacing the boiler is a problem

i have heard that potterton promax 150 he store is a good replacement for the powermax 185. but have had so many problems with potterton need to know any reviews on the promax before getting one.will its flue be compatible with the powermax flue? also does anyone know a good corgi installer...
