Can someone help me out, my heating is not working and the boiler is flashing "F 21" The model is ecomax824e Anyone got any ideas what this means?

As you can guess by my name, i have no heating in my house, and havent since i moved in last week, i am renting the house from my girlfriends dad, i have complained to him so many times to sort it out. and all he does is look at then goes away. He isnt bothering his ass so need here goes...
