A friend has a Eurosec alarm box and he had a battery low power light on the board. He replace the battery and guess what? The low power light is still on. Any ideas for which I would be grateful?

Thanks everyone. I think I'll go with crimping as they are neat. Only question is what is shrink wrap? In the past all I've ever done is strip some larger core copper wire out of some cable and use that.

I have replace my consumer unit and the neutral and earths are not in the sam eplace as the previous box. Therefore some of the cables are too short to connect. There is no way of replacing these cables as they are buried in the wall. What is the best way of extending several of the cables...

My daughter and her partner have bought a house and some of the cabinet door fronts to fridge, washing machine etc are missing the brackets. The brackets are screwed into the backs of the door fronts and slide over studs in the Integra appliances. Does anyone know what I am talking about and...
