My drive is only the width of a car

It's kind of shared but mine is tarmac his is gravel they are right next to each other no space between I hope this is clear

It would mean me digging up edge of drive but might be worth it in the long run he's unlikely to stand on mud but you never know!

I could dig up tarmac and put flower border there maybe that's the answer

I checked with council they say I need planning permission even for chain fence and they want £174 for application!

Permitted development rights have been removed in my area I cannot put up any fence without planning permission which he will almost certainly object to

Hi Jonbey yes I do reverse on and so does he if I put my car on the boundary he is likely to only be able to open his drivers door a very short distance and I'm worried he will knock my car! Its not right he's using my drive to access his vehicles.
