Thanks for the hint! I had the boiler serviced today and the Engineer said that should be the Gas Valve in the boiler being faulty. He measured the gas Mv's at the Meter and in the house and they are fine. I'll see when the Ideal engineer comes, last time he wasn't helpful if fixing the issues.
