Just thought it might affect the rads further down the line making them colder, might be big because its end of line and not putting much heat out.

Do the radiators both get as hot as each other? Is it possible it could be a one pipe system @Madrab ?

You should get the installer back if it's not working right, the next stage would be checking voltages with a multimeter

Is there a setting to turn the boiler controller off? Your external thermostat should then override when required

Makes no odds to me, IMO the armour only really suffers if they've been poorly installed or subjected to repeated submersion/corrosive gases. Rarely going to get that in domestic unless you fit it too close to the ground.

You could, they normally come in 300 or 500mm so make sure 500 will make it to the tap. You only need to go hand tight + a little nip when connecting to the new tap, don't go mental or you'll ruin the rubber seal

You also get offset ones like these which might give you a bit more fall if required

No idea where you're planning on putting your radiators. Which rads are you repositioning? What is the capped 22mm pipe?

One of these and a 50 to 40mm reducer would work. You'd need a bit of 50mm pipe too. Wouldn't be surprised if there's other workarounds I don't know about though

Could be slow enough not to notice. Disconnect it and see if the pressure drops.

If we're assuming it's not the boiler and you don't lose pressure the only likely explanation is you're not getting all the air out. Do you have an external pump or expansion vessel? If your filling loop is permanently connected could a passing valve be hiding the pressure drop?

I'm not sure if the rcd provided with the easee is compliant, I fell foul of this with the zappi. Most installers would want to fit an upfront rcd

Definitely be worth fitting some kind of leak detector
